How long will it take before the LPA can be used?

We will send you the forms within 5 working days of receiving your order. If you get the documents signed and witnessed quickly and post them back to us, assuming there are no mistakes during signing, we shall immediately post them off for registration.

The Office of the Public Guardian will take about two months to register the LPA and return the forms to you. They will then be ready for use, if required.
