My parent is in the early stages of dementia. Can I still take out LPA on his/her behalf?

The decision must rest with your parent. If he/she understands the implications of LPA and is still able to make decisions, there is no problem. If he/she no longer has sufficient mental capacity to make a decision, you cannot use our website to make the LPA.
